Responsibilities of a Safety and Security Manager

As a Safety and Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security measures to protect the property, guests, and employees. Your duties may include:

  • Developing and implementing security policies and procedures
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate security measures
  • Supervising and training security personnel
  • Monitoring and analyzing security-related incidents
  • Coordinating emergency response procedures
  • Managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as local law enforcement

As a key member of the management team, you will also work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for our guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:
